Dana Bander

MPH, RD, CDCES

Dana is passionate about helping individuals reverse disease and reduce medication dependency through the power of healthy eating and lifestyle changes. She believes in a holistic, total-body approach, and encourages people to tune in to the messages their bodies send. Are the foods you’re eating energizing or leaving you feeling sluggish? Her goal is to help you achieve lasting health improvements through personalized, sustainable lifestyle changes.
