Welcome! I'm Anny Ha, a registered dietitian passionate about helping individuals cultivate a healthier relationship with food. I provide compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care to empower you on your journey to optimal well-being. I specialize in treating individuals with eating disorders and diabetes.
When it comes to eating disorders, I understand the complexities and challenges involved. My approach is rooted in a weight-neutral and Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy. I focus on supporting you in nourishing your body and reclaiming your life without adhering to the “all or nothing” mentality that is often associated with dieting. Together, we'll challenge harmful thoughts about food, eating, and nutrition while providing practical guidance to bring more structure and balance to your eating habits.
For individuals living with diabetes, I’m dedicated to helping you navigate the unique considerations of managing your health while enjoying a fulfilling life. I bring extensive experience as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and I’m Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management. With my in-depth clinical experience from Cleveland Clinic and Geisinger, I will work with you to develop strategies that empower you to make informed choices, increase your time in range with your blood sugars, and live your life to the fullest.
My mission is to create a supportive and empowering environment where you can build confidence, discover your own unique path to well-being, and achieve long-lasting results. I utilize experiential learning, allowing you to apply skills beyond our sessions. You can eat and thrive now. Take the first step and book an appointment to embark on this transformative journey.

Dana Bander
MPH, RD, CDCES
Cleveland, OH location
Telehealth available in PA, AL, AR, IA, KS, MS, MT, NE, ND, OH, OK, SD, TN, UT and WI.
Dana is passionate about helping individuals reverse disease and reduce medication dependency through the power of healthy eating and lifestyle changes. She believes in a holistic, total-body approach, and encourages people to tune in to the messages their bodies send. Are the foods you’re eating energizing or leaving you feeling sluggish? Do you experience heartburn, aches, or discomfort after meals? She focuses on health span rather than lifespan—helping you live an energetic life rather than just getting by day-to-day. Her goal is to help you achieve lasting health improvements through personalized, sustainable lifestyle changes.
As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) for over 20 years, Dana brings extensive experience in managing all stages of diabetes, from prediabetes and metabolic syndrome to Type 1 and 2 diabetes. She is skilled in using insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and has a deep understanding of the psychological challenges of living with diabetes. Together, she will support you in reducing the burden of this condition and make managing it easier. With more than 25 years of experience as a renal dietitian, she specializes in chronic kidney disease. She has helped many patients improve their kidney function and delay the need for dialysis—sometimes for years. Her goal is to help preserve kidney function so that dialysis becomes unnecessary.
